How to Order Your Nail Set:

1. Place Your Order: Select your desired nail set. 

2. Start a Chat: Once your order is placed, initiate a chat with us using the chat feature on our website (located in the bottom right corner of your screen).

3. Nail Sizing: In the chat, please provide four pictures of your natural nails, all next to a quarter for sizing:

   • Right thumb
   • Left thumb
   • All fingers on the right hand
   • All fingers on the left hand

4. Timely Response: Please start the chat and send us all the required pictures within 24 hours of placing your order.

5. Follow-Up: If we don't receive your details within this timeframe, we'll reach out via your provided email or phone number.

6. Refund Policy: If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours of our follow-up, your order will be refunded.

7. Creation and Shipping: Your handcrafted nail set has already been created and will ship within 1 week of receiving your complete order information.
